Common Reasons Athletes Come In:

  • An injury or fall has messed with your confidence or is blocking your ability to perform.
  • You're in a slump and can’t get out of it.
  • Pressure from the media, family life, relationships, or finances is wrecking your focus.
  • You feel blocked and don’t know why.
  • You’re at the top of your game and looking for any additional advantage you can get!
  • Anger, stress, or personal issues are interfering with your athletic success.

We have numerous successes among teen athletes, golfers, gymnasts, wrestlers, and competitors in cheerleading. Since they are minors, we generally do not request testimonials from them.

We receive messages like the one below on a regular basis. All names and places have been removed to protect confidentiality. Individual results will vary.

"Just wanted to share a couple of successes before my son’s next session. Two sessions in, and he raced this past weekend. The entire week leading up to race day is always filled with self-sabotaging comments, such as 'my legs are tired' and 'I’m not meeting my times,' etc.

This time, he had only positive comments about how great he felt… every day. On the drive down to his race,  he was the chattiest he’s ever been!

His coach even noticed a change in his attitude. Last week, for whatever reason, he just decided to jump into some 400-800 sprints to end practice. He shared with me that this was something he usually wouldn’t do because he was so accustomed to the hard sprint workouts that they physically wore him down.

He forced himself out of his comfort zone in practice and was happy with the result.

During the race, his entire body looked different; his face was determined and not fearful, his form was strong and aggressive, and he never grimaced as if he were holding back pain. And as a result, he finished a very strong first with a time of 9:08, his PR from two years ago, and the school's 3200-meter record!

He was all smiles.

We discussed how much your mental training has to be affecting his performance, and he’s in great spirits! It’s been great to see. Thank you so much! Keep up the fantastic work!"
